NURSERIES
This program is staffed on Sunday mornings by one paid worker and volunteers from our church family. Nursery care is provided for infants and pre-schoolers (ages 6 weeks - 2yrs) during all three worship services and during the Sunday school hours. We rely on volunteers from our church to care for the youngest members of the church family. Nurseries are provided for most church functions, usually staffed by church members and sometimes local high school and college girls.

PRE-SCHOOL SUNDAY SCHOOL (3 - 5 year)
In Sunday School programming for children in their formative years great emphasis is placed upon having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and upon laying a foundation for Biblical literacy. It is our goal to employ sound, biblically-based curriculum which stresses God's love for us, what God has done for us in Jesus, and how we are to live as members of God's family.  Many of the major stories of the Bible serve as a wonderful basis for teacher-led question and answer times, prayer, singing, crafts and other recreational activities. Sunday School is offered every Sunday from 9:30 - 10:30 (Gospel Light curriculum) and 11:00 - 12:00 (David C. Cook curriculum).

ELEMENTARY GRADES SUNDAY SCHOOL (1st grade - 4th Grade)
Sunday School in the elementary grades builds upon the basic foundations laid at the primary level. The curriculum is evangelical with an underlying emphasis being given to having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and approaching the Bible as the final, authoritative word of God. During these years, children are taught more about what it means that God loves them and what it means to be a follower of Jesus. The students delve deeper into God's Word, moving beyond some of the well-known passages to ideas, concepts, and sayings that present greater challenges. In addition to teacher-led discussions, these classes also incorporate prayer, crafts, and games into their programming. Sunday School is offered every Sunday from 9:30 - 10:30 (Gospel Light curriculum) and 11:00 - 12:00 (David C. Cook curriculum).

UPPER ELEMENTARY SUNDAY SCHOOL (5th and 6th Grade)

The upper elementary age children will be "Discovering God's Secret of Handling Money" by using "The Secret" a Crown Ministries study for children. They will memorize scripture, answer small group questions, learn to handle money God's way and learn how to pray for others, then watch God answer prayer.

KID'S INC.
Kid's Inc. is held on Wednesday nights from September - November and January - March with a musical presented both in December and April. Team Kid's, the Lifeway curriculum we use, is a Bible-centered program for children 3 years - 6th grade. This program is appropriate for each age level and a great tool for teaching children to grow in their relationship with Christ. For children K-5 - 6th grade, Kid's Inc. choir is from 5 - 5:45 with Mrs. Linda Creasap. Family dinner is available for everyone at 5:30 (by reservations only). All children 3 years - 6th grade meet at 6:15 in the Gym for a short time of Praise and Worship, moving on to their classrooms at 6:30 for an hour of fun activities, including gym time, prayer and Bible study with a team leader. All classes end at 7:30.
