Dale Rawlings - Interim Associate Pastor
Dale Rawlings was born and raised in West Virginia. Prior to attending Union Theological Seminary, in Richmond, Virginia, Dale served 5 different churches in West Virginia as a Commissioned Lay Preacher in Shenandoah Presbytery. Dale and his family lived in Romney, West Virginia for some 20 plus years and were active members of the Romney Presbyterian Church. (Romney is said to have changed hands 56 times during the Civil War.) Dale has served as Pastor of the Word and Sacrament at Midway Presbyterian Church and Roberts Presbyterian Church both churches located in South Carolina. Dale is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Science Degree. He earned his Masters of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Virginia. Dale and Patty were married May 11, 1968. They have two children, Amy and Brett. Amy is married to Stephen Cianciolo and they have two children, Olivia age 7 and Carter age 4. Amy is a physician and works with AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina. Steve is on active duty serving in the U.S. Army. Brett is a Senior Graphic Designer for TTI North America/Ryobi Power Tools in Anderson and he has one daughter, Harley Monet, age 9. Dale enjoys reading, woodworking, cooking, golf, music, and the outdoors.
