Kelli Hardigree, a Spartanburg native, attended Converse College where she earned her B.A. degree in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as her M.Ed. in Elementary Education.

Kelli was formerly employed by Spartanburg County School District No. 7 as a first and second grade teacher at Jesse W. Boyd Elementary School where she was named "Teacher of the Year" in 1999. Kelli joined the staff of Westminster Day School as a two year old teacher in 2003 and was recently named as director in October 2004. Kelli is married to Matt and they have two precious daughters, Carson and Ella, and welcomed son, Christian in May of 2006.
