- Summary of results from 9-24-2017 Congregational Meeting (updated 9-26-2017) - On Sunday, September 24th, the WPC Congregation authorized the purchase of 108 Pineville Road, if a fair price could be reached. The Session appointed a negotiating team to work out mutually agreeable terms of sale with the owner.
- News: On October 14th the owner agreed to arrange for a new updated appraisal as the next step in the process suggested by our team. We hope that the owner’s updated appraisal will be done in a timely manner and will help both sides better understand the range within which a fair price lies. The Session has appointed O.Stretcher, P. Phillips, C. Saleeby, and D. Wildman as the negotiating team for WPC on the possible purchase of the house at 108 Pineville Rd

- As of May 2019, all negotiations with the homeowner have ceased.
