Wednesdays at WPC
Wednesdays at WPC are returning thru March 31 - with some changes to help us deal with COVID concerns. See below! Contact Justin Lewis if you have questions or want to get involved in our Wednesday nights!
Children & Youth
Instead of offering multiple groups in different locations, we will offer one COMBINE adult group in the gym, 6:15-7:15pm. Hopefully we will be able to once again offer different groups once we have the greenlight from our community leaders.
CHILDCARE is available for ages 4 and under while the adult group meets. Email Miss Becky if you have older kids.
Family Dinner || 5:30-6:15pm (new time)
Our "Family Meal" is a time for members and guests to come together and enjoy amazing food together! Cost info is below-- and we ask everyone to RSVP each week. Dinners will continue through April 28th. We will take the Wednesday of Spring Break (April 7) off.
Details: The meal is every week from 5:30-6:10 pm (NOTE the NEW TIME) in the Gym (unless canceled for other events or weather).
Cost: The cost is $6.00 per adult; Children (12 and under) - $3 per child. There is a $20 max per family!
Menu: We try to post the menu a week before on the church homepage.
Adult Studies || 6:15-7:15pm
Adult Bible Study - Church Gym - TOPIC: Matthew 5-7
We will remain in the gym for a spacially distant - but valuable time of fellowship and study together. We ask folks to wear a face mask as this will continue to provide protection for one another and allow us to meet! As always, we are learning about the spread of the virus and watching local trends. If we have to cancel a meal or the adult study, we will do our best to let you know as soon as we know.
About the study: Jesus spoke to his followers about the exciting worldview of his heavenly Father. He called this the "Kingdom of God" and he invited men and women to experience it here and now instead of (just) waiting for things to change in Jerusalem or Rome. Calling his disciples out from the world, he established something so unique that his Church would reflect the Father's heart through our participating with him and communicating it to others.
Come and enjoy this special united study with a few thoughts in mind:
Contact Justin with questions. Feel free to come and check out the study – even if you can’t make it every week!
