Hello!  Thank you for checking out WPC and what we offer for children and families.  Our community is delighted to help children learn about our faith in Jesus Christ, while providing a safe and fun atmosphere to engage their growing young minds!  If you want to know more about what we offer or what to expect on a given Sunday, please contact our Children's Director, Becky Odum.

The mission of the Children’s Ministry Team is to teach our children the Word of God while equipping families to walk alongside them as they grow in their faith.

Coming up!

Wednesdays at WPC

We are excited for your kids to participate in KidsInc! There will be a family dinner in the gym from 5:30-6:10. At 6:10 children will be dismissed to go to their classrooms and can be picked up at 7:30.

  • Nursery (2-year-olds and under) for kids whose parents are participating in the adult programming. Weather permitting, they will go outside to play. If they cannot go outside, they will play in a classroom.

  • Preschool (3 and 4-year-olds) They will begin in the classroom with a Bible lesson. After the lesson, they will go outside or to a classroom to play.
  • Elementary (K - 5th grade) They will begin in the Sanctuary for Large Group Bible. We will then split into small groups for discussion time, music, and recreation.

It would be very helpful if you could let us know if your children are planning to attend so we can have enough supplies and staff.
