SUMMER 2025
Parables:
Kingdom in Stories
How His Stories Reveal the Kingdom & Our Hearts
We have recently completed a study on the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), which captures Jesus' heart for his followers, and the invitation to join him in the movement to bring the Kingdom to mankind.
Matthew's Gospel leads his readers to understand the beauty and simplicity of this Kingdom more deeply.
For some, the parables of Jesus are a reversal of what we know to be true. For others, it's an expansion of the values that Jesus longs to take root in our hearts.
Expect Jesus to challenge us with our expectations and lovingly bring his vision into our new reality.

From our Pastor for Smaller Communities:
We always encourage folks to gather in person or virtually to discuss the highlights of each week's sermon. In this way, we intentionally go deeper - together and embrace a mindset that God's Word will be planted in us and nurtured to grow more. If you are not discussing the sermon and its passage each week with others, then set aside time to explore the questions on your own!
