| Parking and Campus Map
Look for parking in any of our parking areas (see map), and head through our doors to toward the sanctuary on the southeast side of the campus. On your way, grab some coffee/lemonade and a little snack! Our greeters are by the sanctuary entrance and are eager to help you find your way to the sanctuary or childcare check-in, or answer any questions.

| Baptism & the Lord's Supper
Scripture teaches that Jesus gave the Church two sacraments to keep: Baptism and the Lord's Supper. Our tradition acknowledges that these are signs of a deeper spiritual reality for followers of Christ.
- Baptism is the seal of one belonging to Christ. We baptize both adults and children, believing that the act itself does not cause one's salvation, but marks one's faith (or, in the case of children, the faith of the child's parents) in Christ alone. Parents must contact the church or our pastors to schedule this sacrament. (Matthew 28:18-20)
The Lord's Supper (aka Eucharist or Communion) is an invitation made to those who belong to Christ. By participating in this small-but-significant meal, we faithfully remember and cherish the sacrifice of Christ, and we identify ourselves as his New Covenant family. At WPC, we celebrate by intinction, which simply means we dip a piece of bread into the juice, then eat. We partake in the Lord's Supper on the first Sunday of every even-numbered month and during Lent (7 weeks) and Advent (4 weeks). (1 Corinthians 11:23-29)
1: Children are allowed to partake, although this may be a decision you make as a family.
2: A gluten-free, prepackaged communion kit is available in a basket by the server.
While other traditions practice these two sacraments differently, we believe it is not the manner but the meaning of these actions that matter. You are certainly welcome to contact us if you have questions about either of these sacraments.

| Children: Security and Childcare
We are excited about children joining us and being a part of our worship! (Learn more!) Since we are committed to welcoming your child and keeping him/her safe, please consider sending a message to Becky Odum, Director of Children's Ministries (children@wpcspartanburg.org) to let her know you might be visiting.
Another safety note: we have a safety officer onsite every Sunday and a team of individuals who monitor our hallways.
